We carefully inspect all products before dispatch, but in case you face any issue, please read our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged product
  
• You received a wrong product
  
• You received a size issue (one-time exchange)
  

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  

Returns are not accepted for:

• Worn or washed items
  
• Sale or discounted products
  
• Products damaged due to customer handling
  

Exchange

We offer one free exchange for size issues (subject to stock availability).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  
• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
  
• COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
  

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
  
• If the return is due to size or preference, the customer will bear the return shipping
